Six Degrees
Visual Identity

Inaugurated in 2013, the annual Six Degrees exhibition is an event all CAAD students look forward to participating in as a pinnacle opportunity to present their most outstanding senior work to the design industry, colleagues and family.

A comfort zone is associated with freedom, intuition, imagination, and inspiration. While blue represents meanings of depth, trust, loyalty, sincerity, confidence, stability, faith, and intelligence. A grid is the fundamental of any design practice; therefore, i decided on using the color and grid since they best represents the attributions associated with comfort zone and CAAD. In this composition i am using the number “6” six times in different dimensions each representing one of the 6 degrees that will be showcased in the exhibition; a clay-like effect is also used to emphasize the idea of how our journey in CAAD shaped us.
